Mathis Construction is a family-owned custom home builder based in Spokane, WA, founded in 1967 by Bruce Mathis and led today by his son Scott Mathis and Scott's wife Adrienne. With 300+ completed projects, we build high-quality, energy-efficient homes under a philosophy of "Total Transparency" (The Open Door Policy) — clients get direct access to blueprints, budgets, and milestones.
