Mathis Construction was established in 1985 by Bruce Mathis, built on a foundation of quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and hands-on building. Over the years, Bruce worked on a wide range of custom residential projects—collaborating with respected architects and serving clients across varying sizes, styles, and budgets.
In 2020, Bruce welcomed his son, Scott Mathis, into the business. Together, they continued delivering custom homes while embarking on a new endeavor: the development of the Mathis Subdivision, a 38-home community on a 10-acre parcel. Today, Scott and his wife, Adrienne, lead the company. Scott holds a degree in Business and Communications from EWU. As parents of five, they bring a personal perspective to building homes designed for real life and enduring value.
